The venue for this project was a muslim fishing village. The unusual thing about the village is that the whole thing is floating, and tied up to one of the islands.
Transport there was sporadic and varied to say the least...
Lets just say you need to find someone with a boat. One with an engine is easiest
Then you take this boat somewhere (you can tell I was listening rearlly carefully to his directions)
Getting there may or may not envolve crossing this bridge to get onto the floating village.
And then you arrive at this rearlly cool foating village, or maybe this was another one...
Well some how they got there, set up and begun bolting the rock
over hanging the village. Who knows
what the fisherman thought of the guys swinging over head and bolting
their back garden.
But the guys had fun and put up a bunch of routes.
The whole exercise looks like it must have been pretty sureal.
I had no
idea you could build a two story floating mosque!
The locals come home from work
While the guys continue untill sunset over head (I bet King was
telling them
they had to be up there for the light)
I think this was the village parking lot. Multi story to go in next year....
King will post details on how to get there, and what the routes are later. If later never comes, go and hassel him in his shop. He'll give you loads of info on this and other secret spots.
